Description
Project Overview
House Number One is a compact yet thoughtfully designed project by Dizo Group, currently under construction by the Nozha Team. Located in the upscale neighborhood of Saadat Abad, Tehran, this 40-square-meter residence tackles the challenge of transforming a small space into a functional, aesthetically pleasing, and serene living environment. The project aims to maximize every inch of space, combining efficiency and elegance to meet the needs of the client.
Design Goals and Approach
Given the limited area, Dizo Group’s design approach focuses on optimizing the internal layout and making the most of natural light. Open floor plans, flexible spaces, and multifunctional areas are central to the design, allowing the house to feel spacious and inviting despite its small footprint. The integration of natural light into the interior creates a bright and airy atmosphere, ensuring both visual appeal and functional efficiency.
Concept and Design Philosophy
House Number One is rooted in minimalist design, emphasizing simplicity and functionality. Clean lines and uncluttered spaces form the core of this project, with every part of the house meticulously planned to serve a purpose. The use of soft, neutral tones and natural materials adds warmth and a welcoming feel to the space. The overall concept is centered on a seamless connection between interior and exterior spaces, maximizing every square meter, and creating a peaceful and comfortable living environment.
Current Status
