Description
Project Overview
Nestled in the picturesque plains of Arjhan, Shiraz, the Dast-e Arjan Villa project by Dizo Group aims to create a space that harmonizes with the surrounding landscape while drawing inspiration from traditional Persian architecture. This villa, influenced by the simplicity and elegance of Saadi’s Mausoleum, respects the natural topography of the land and integrates seamlessly with its environment, ensuring the preservation of the surrounding skyline.
Design Approach: Blending Modernity with Tradition
The design of Dahste Arjhan Villa not only emphasizes aesthetic beauty but also fosters a deep connection between human life and nature. By incorporating elements from the architecture of Saadi’s Mausoleum, the villa combines modern lines with traditional Iranian simplicity. This influence is evident in both the form and function of the spaces, as well as the careful selection of natural materials.
One of the villa’s standout features is its unique four-slope roof design. This distinctive roof form is intended to preserve and respect the skyline while blending harmoniously with the natural surroundings. The design ensures a visual integration between the structure and its environment, making the building enhance rather than disrupt the landscape.
Use of Topography
Dizo Group has paid special attention to the natural topography of the site. The villa’s design thoughtfully incorporates the existing land contours, ensuring the structure fits seamlessly into the landscape. This not only adds aesthetic value but also improves the functionality of both the interior and exterior spaces, creating a villa that both complements and celebrates its natural setting.
Conclusion: Respect for the Skyline and Nature
Dashte Arjhan Villa exemplifies a project where modern design principles are harmoniously integrated with the environment. With its distinctive four-slope roof and thoughtful use of the land’s topography, this villa stands out as a unique and beautiful space, blending modernity with traditional Iranian influences while respecting the natural world around it.
